Measure your hands for Prolotex Gloves

Measure around your hand at the widest part, excluding the thumb as shown by the measuring tape in the illustration. The number of inches or centimeters should equal your glove size.

Measure your dominant hand - the right, if you are right-handed, and the left, if you are left-handed.

Size Chart for FULL FINGER Gloves:

Measure from the tip of your middle finger to your wrist (bottom of your palm), as shown by the red line in the illustration. The number of inches or centimeters should equal your glove size.

If you have a wide hand... the REGULAR FIT glove is best.
